Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Director, Business Development to lead cross-border partnerships with Chinese manufacturers and grow the US market. You will build relationships, negotiate strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth with senior executives.

This role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, a track record of closing large GMV deals, and deep ecommerce fulfillment knowledge. You will report to the leadership team and shape strategy across international and domestic markets.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English required for cross-border partnerships.
• Track record closing $50M+ GMV deals as a senior contributor.
• Deep knowledge of ecommerce fulfillment and marketplace operations.
• Experience selling to C-suite founders and executives.
• Ability to build and manage a high-potential partner pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build a $50M+ GMV book of business as the senior leader on the team.
• Independently build ICP and targets, driving relationships from day one.
• Manage pipeline with disciplined CRM and KPI tracking.
• Shape high-level pitch strategy across SMB and Enterprise segments.
• Report GMV and close performance to senior leadership.
