Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Account Manager – Native Mandarin to drive growth for our China-based brands business, managing fulfillment across marketplaces and shaping long-term partnerships. You will leverage bilingual skills to navigate cross-border accounts and deliver strategic insights.

In this role, you’ll own account health, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with leadership to scale brands while aligning with Spreetail’s growth trajectory and customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Native Mandarin speaker with full English fluency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, PM, or Client Services.
• 5–6+ years managing ecommerce clients with multi-million USD sales.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage C-level executives.
