Job summary

Huntsman is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to support the Polyurethanes Division, primarily onsite in The Woodlands, TX, and Auburn Hills, MI, with remote candidates considered based on qualifications. The role reports to the Commercial Director, Construction - Americas.

The candidate will manage a NA revenue responsibility of about $100M for Polyurethanes Components and will build relationships across executive leadership to drive strategic account plans and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of account management experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of key account leadership experience.
• Experience with B2B selling.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Contract management experience.
• Financial analysis experience and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex key accounts and identify opportunities to expand market share.
• Build relationships across multiple levels within key account organizations, including executive leadership.
• Foster executive-to-executive engagement with key accounts and Huntsman leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Coordinate internally in a matrixed environment to meet key account needs.
• Manage CRM activities, opportunity pipelines, and call reports.
• Gather competitive intelligence and analyze key market dynamics.
• Leverage pricing and sales strategies to drive profitable growth.
• Negotiate sustainable contracts and service offerings.
