You will manage revenue, build tailored account plans, and work across teams to deliver measurable value while growing a robust pipeline and meeting quarterly targets. Remote-friendly with optional on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow revenue within territory, focusing on retention and new client acquisition.
• Create strategic account plans and identify upselling opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and position hotel solutions to drive ROI.
• Negotiate and renew contracts; close new business.
• Articulate data insights to demonstrate ROI during QBRs.
• Maintain sales pipeline and forecast attainment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
