NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated engineer with direct Linux kernel mode driver experience to help shape the future of GPU driver software. You will join a new team focused on drivers for our GPUs, making architectural decisions with long-term impact and interfacing with the Linux kernel community to upstream patches.

Your work will influence the kernel software architecture for NVIDIA GPUs and involve representing NVIDIA GPU software to the open source community.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry software development experience.
• BS or MS in EE/CS/CE (or equivalent).
• Experience with device drivers and kernel-mode software.
• Direct experience with Linux kernel development and upstream patches.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new kernel mode Linux driver for the latest NVIDIA GPUs.
• Collaborate with the Linux kernel community to patch NVIDIA hardware support.
• Influence the architecture and design of NVIDIA GPU kernel software to work upstream.
• Represent NVIDIA GPU software to the open source community.
