Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years in manufacturing.
• Associate degree with 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Experience in materials management, shipping/receiving, warehousing, logistics, or inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day flow of materials and Kanban replenishment to keep lines supplied.
• Monitor inventory levels, bin accuracy, material movement, and replenishment processes.
• Support engineering/product changes by updating Kanban requirements and locations.
• Maintain accuracy of Kanban systems, inventory records, and labels.
• Analyze material flow, identify improvements, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
