Job summary

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. seeks a Kanban Coordinator III for the 2nd shift at our Berea, KY plant.

You will manage daily Kanban replenishment, monitor inventory and material movement, and support changes with accurate data and locations. You will collaborate with production, materials, engineering, and operations to drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, and ensure production schedules stay on track.

Qualifications

• Must have Kanban and material flow experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS/MES for inventory control.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
• Experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Kanban replenishment to keep production lines supplied.
• Monitor inventory, bin accuracy, and material movement across areas.
• Support changes by validating new materials and locations in Kanban.
• Maintain Kanban data, locations, labels, and visual management tools.
• Lead improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
