Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience with schedule management.
• Expert in MS Project and Primavera scheduling tools.

• Experience in education or institutional construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement project planning and scheduling strategy.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of WBS and CBS with Lead and contractor teams.
• Maintain integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program schedules.
• Provide interface and QA to project groups regarding schedule performance.
• Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis.
• Analyze deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare reporting for Monthly Project Reports and change orders.
• Ensure feedback from vendors and contractors is captured in planning systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedule accuracy.
