Job summary

Azul Systems, Inc. is seeking a technically deep Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary advisor for Azul Prime adoption across enterprise accounts.

You will work directly with customer engineering teams on JVM performance tuning, troubleshooting, and reliability engineering in a production setting. You will partner with Azul’s runtime, GC, and tooling teams to resolve complex issues, share insights, and guide customers through successful deployments, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 12+ years in senior technical roles such as software engineering, SRE, performance engineering, or cloud/platform engineering.
• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, solutions architect, consulting engineer, or SRE with direct customer engagement).
