Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Joint Training Analyst based at Camp Smith in Hawaii to support the Joint Training and Analysis Branch of USPACOM J7. You will observe and evaluate training objectives, document outcomes, participate in meetings, and input data for reports and databases.

The role requires up to 30% travel (about 6-8 trips/year) and a TS/SECRET eligibility with US citizenship. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience are expected, with strong MS Office skills and joint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Mid-level to Senior Officer experience.
• Joint/Service exercise planning experience at high level.
• Ability to absorb, refine and articulate policy, plans, procedures, actions, milestones for joint training.
• Excellent analysis and communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate observation and evaluation of exercise and training objectives for USPACOM and subordinate commands.
• Conduct training assessments of joint functional areas in USPACOM and document outcomes for reports/databases.
• Attend USPACOM battle rhythm events and represent J751 equities.
• Attend planning and training events across the PACOM AO, representing Joint Training equities.
• Deliver briefs regarding Joint Training equities as needed.
• Assist with filing reports and maintenance of lessons-learned and exercise summary report databases.
• Assist in scheduling video-teleconferences and venues for training events.
