Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Joint Lessons Learned Analyst to be located at Camp Smith in Hawaii, supporting USPACOM. The role focuses on analyzing and managing lessons learned from exercises and operations, training staff on documentation, and maintaining databases and reports.

The JLLIS lead may travel across the US Pacific region as required and will participate in battle rhythm events and briefs. The incumbent represents J751 at key briefings and ensures findings are integrated into future

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related work experience; four additional years in lieu of degree.
• Mid-level to Senior Officer experience.
• Ability to absorb, refine and articulate policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support data synthesis, report writing, and presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate observation and evaluation of lessons learned for USINDOPACOM and subordinate staffs.
• Serve as US PACOM Analyst for JLLIS, document lessons learned and ensure inputs are structured and relevant.
• Attend battle rhythm events and represent J751 equities.
• Deliver briefs on lessons learned.
• Assist with filing of reports and maintenance of databases.
