Job summary

SAIC located at Camp Smith in Hawaii seeks an experienced Joint Lessons Learned Analyst to support USPACOM by analyzing and managing lessons learned from exercises and real-world operations.

You will serve as the JLLIS analyst, train staff on documentation, maintain lessons-learned databases and reports, and deliver briefs to ensure findings are integrated into future planning and operations. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years of related work experience in lieu of degree).
• 10+ years of related work experience; mid-level to senior officer experience.
• Ability to absorb, refine and articulate policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate observation and evaluation of lessons learned for USINDOPACOM and subordinate staffs.
• Serve as US PACOM Analyst for JLLIS, document lessons learned and ensure inputs are structured.
• Attend battle rhythm events and deliver briefs on lessons learned.
