Akima Systems Engineering (ASE) seeks a Joint SOF Operations Readiness Subject Matter Expert to join our team at MacDill AFB, FL. The role focuses on planning, executing, and assessing joint and multinational training to improve mission readiness for CCMD/TSOC staff, using LVC tools to connect physical assets with synthetic threats.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years SOF experience, TS/SCI clearance, and extensive Joint operations planning.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SOF experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years planning & executing joint exercises using JTS.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle of USSOCOM collective training and readiness events.
• Provide advisory guidance to CCMD/TSOC staff to represent SOF in scenarios.
• Advise during readiness events with real-time and post-event recommendations.
