Job summary

Akhiok-Kaguyak, Inc. is looking for a JOINT SOF PROGRAM ANALYST (JSPA) based in Tampa to support our DoD Client. This role involves developing operational plans, conducting performance evaluations, and providing administrative support in high-paced environments.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and have a minimum of two years’ experience with HQ USSOCOM. Also, a current DoD Top Secret clearance is required. We are committed to supporting mission assurance for our warfighters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent specialized training and experience.
• At least one year of operational experience in a joint environment.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a staff officer within HQ USSOCOM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing operational-level plans for strategic USSOCOM initiatives.
• Evaluate recommendations to improve JHQ/JTF performance.
• Provide consultation on complex management issues requiring research.
