Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP seeks a Senior Joint Military Operations Planner stationed at Offutt AFB, NE, with an active TS/SCI clearance. You will support development, integration, and assessment of joint and combined operational plans while coordinating with national defense stakeholders.

The role requires at least 7 years in operations, plans, policy or strategy within the Office of the Secretary of War and/or Joint Staff, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, JPME Phase II or equivalent, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in operations, plans, policy, strategy, assessments, and/or exercises within the Office of the Secretary of War and/or Joint Staff.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DoW processes and national-level strategic guidance.
• Experience in Joint and/or Combined operations and operations planning, including mission analysis.
• Graduate of JPME Phase II or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support development, integration, and assessment of joint and combined operational plans.
• Conduct mission analysis, operational design, and strategic planning aligned with national defense objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the Office of the Secretary of War, Joint Staff, CCMDs, and interagency partners.
• Analyze alignment between national strategies and CCMD campaign plans.
• Provide policy, strategy, assessments, exercises, and planning process expertise.
• Contribute to senior-level planning efforts and strategic documents.
