Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP seeks aSenior Joint Military Planner to support strategic planning, operational design, and high-level coordination across joint and combined operations. Location: Offutt AFB, NE with active TS/SCI clearance.

The ideal candidate brings deep DoW/JCS experience, JPME Phase II, and a strong understanding of national-level strategies and campaign planning. You will influence planning at the highest levels and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in operations, plans, policy, strategy, assessments, or exercises within high-level defense contexts.
• Experience with DoW processes and national guidance.
• Experience in Joint/Combined operations and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Support development and assessment of joint/combined operational plans.
• Conduct mission analysis, operational design, and strategic planning aligned with national defense objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across DoD and interagency partners.
• Ensure alignment with National Military Strategy and National Defense Strategy.
