The GARRETT GROUP is seeking an experienced Joint Military Planner to support high‑level planning, strategy, and assessment efforts across national defense structures. This role requires extensive joint operations experience and the ability to operate in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.

You will contribute to strategic documents and campaigns such as the National Military Strategy and Global Campaign Plans, perform mission analysis, and coordinate with senior defense offices to align

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in operations, plans, policy, strategy, assessments, or exercise roles within the Office of the Secretary of War or Joint Staff.
• Proven knowledge of DoW strategic guidance and campaign planning documents.
• Experience in Joint and/or Combined operations and campaign planning.

Responsibilities

• Support operational, strategic, and policy planning across national defense structures.
• Contribute to development and alignment of key strategic documents and campaigns.
• Conduct mission analysis and strategic planning in joint or combined environments.
• Assist in planning, analysis, and execution of operations, plans, exercises, and assessments.
• Ensure planning aligns with national defense objectives and global campaigns.
