Job summary

CornerBrooke, LLC is seeking a Joint Advanced Fires Senior Instructor–Evaluator to lead instructional delivery and evaluation for the JAFQC at Hurlburt Field, FL. You will develop lesson plans, deliver instruction, and assess student performance.

The role emphasizes advanced academics in targeting and C2, with potential travel to support exercises. Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited university or college.
• At least 24 months of experience within the past six years in a joint force HQ in a Joint Fires Element; J2T; Fires and Effects Team/Cell; Joint Intel-Ops Center; or an equivalent directorate.
• Possess a minimum of 12 years of DoD military experience as a commissioned officer; instructing in a military environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on guidance, technical support, and performance evaluation of JAFQC students.
• Perform platform instructor duties including lesson plan development and delivery.
• Develop performance metrics, grading criteria, and evaluation standards for exercises and training events.
• Travel as required (up to 25%) to support joint force exercises.
