Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited university.
• 12+ years DoD military experience as commissioned officer preferred.
• Ability to instruct in a military environment; top secret clearance eligible.
• Travel up to 25% to support exercises and curricula.

Responsibilities

• Function as part of instructor/evaluator team for JAFQC across Phases.
• Develop lesson plans, research, create instructional aides, deliver lessons.
• Support advanced courses related to area of expertise in 705th Training Squadron.
• Develop performance metrics, grading criteria, and evaluation standards.
• Travel as Observer/Trainer or role player as required.
