Job summary

B3H is seeking a Joint Advanced Fires Senior Instructor Current Operations Lead - Evaluator to support the USAF 505th Test and Training Group at Hurlburt Field, Florida. This onsite role requires senior instructional skill, military experience, and the ability to lead advanced curricula in joint fires target planning.

You will deliver JAFQC instruction, evaluate candidates, and coordinate cross-functional training with DoD partners.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher from a regionally accredited university or college.
At least 24 months of experience within the past six years in a joint force HQ (Combatant Command or Joint Task Force) in a Joint Fires Element; Joint Targets Cell or related.
Possess a minimum of 12 years of DoD military experience as a commissioned officer and able to instruct in a military environment.
Current Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Willingness to travel up to 50% and possess a valid US Passport.
Experience with operational level joint targeting, effects planning, and development of plans and orders.

Responsibilities

Instruct as primary faculty and evaluator for the Joint Advanced Fires Qualification Course (JAFQC).
Support advanced academics and training for JAFQC.
Deliver curriculum related to Joint All-Domain Command & Control and multidomain synchronization of effects.
Collaborate with DoD partners and ensure quality instructional outcomes.
Travel as needed to CONUS and OCONUS locations to support training events.
