Job summary

B3H Corporation is looking for a highly experienced Senior Instructor - Joint Advanced Fires - Targeting to support the USAF 505th Tactical Training Group at Hurlburt Field, FL. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree or higher and at least 12 years of military experience, with a background in joint fires and training. Responsibilities include providing instructional support and developing performance metrics for the Joint Advanced Fires Qualification Course. B3H offers a strategic role in enhancing military training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited university or college.
• At least 24 months of experience in a joint force headquarters in a Joint Fires Element.
• Minimum of 12 years of Department of Defense military experience as a commissioned officer.
• Demonstrated ability to instruct in a military environment.

Responsibilities

• Function as part of the instructor/evaluator team for JAFQC students.
• Develop lesson plans and deliver instruction.
• Support advanced courses in specific areas of expertise.
• Develop performance metrics and evaluation standards.
