SAIC is seeking a Joint Exercise Logistics and Sustainment Planner at Camp Smith in Honolulu, Hawaii, to support USPACOM J4 & J7. The role focuses on planning, resourcing, and executing logistics for major theater exercises (CPX/FTX) using the JELC framework.

Responsibilities include coordinating joint logistics across supply, maintenance, transportation, and health services, leading work groups, and ensuring facilities and equipment are in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• JPME Phase I completion or equivalent experience on joint staff is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of JELC and CPX planning processes.
• Experience with joint planning and interaction with Allies/partners.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks independently.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate Joint Exercises (CPX/FTX) across USPACOM and allied partners.
• Develop logistics milestones, sustainment concepts, and scenario injects for JELC milestones.
• Oversee supply, maintenance, transport, and other sustainment functions in exercise planning and execution.
• Lead Exercise Control Group activities, manage logistics injects, and support systems.
• Maintain OPSEC and coordinate with staff for CPX objectives and facilities.
