Job summary

MANTECH in Doral, FL seeks a Joint Command and Control Operations Planner who will serve as a senior SME, integrating cybersecurity, IT operations, and communications into all phases of JOPP.

You will work with J6 representatives, develop Annex K, advocate for required capabilities, and guide planning artifacts while ensuring readiness and crisis planning support.

Must have a current/active Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree clause + 9+ years in Joint Operational Planning, with 5+ years in cybersecurity/IT ops, policy analysis, integration, and compliance
• > OR Associate’s degree with 11+ years relevant experience (5+ in cybersecurity/IT ops, policy analysis, integration, and compliance)
• > OR High school diploma with 13+ years relevant experience (5+ in cybersecurity/IT ops, policy analysis, integration, and compliance)
• > Proven experience in developing and maintaining operational plans and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Senior C2 SME integrating cybersecurity, IT ops, and communications into JOPP.
• Guides how J6 equities shape mission analysis and COA decisions.
• Represents J6 in OPTs, working groups, and boards; advocates for cyber/communications requirements.
• Ensures C2 planning artifacts capture J6 requirements and interoperability.
• Develops and maintains Annex K for OPLANs/OPLANs reflecting cyber needs.
• Plans J6 involvement in crisis/contingency planning and daily ops.
• Mentors staff on policy interpretation, JOPP participation, and Annex K development.
