Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-and-customer-oriented Cyber Operations Planner Subject Matter Expert to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role focuses on planning, execution, and coordination of offensive cyber operations (OCO) with emphasis on Cyber Effects and Cyber Fires planning to design operations achieving strategic and tactical outcomes.

The candidate will support joint planning across COCOMs, develop and assess military plans (CONPLANs/OPLANs), and contribute to crisis

Qualifications

Experience with Fires SME mindset and coordinating large security programs.
Ability to manage complex data flows and produce clear IT docs.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Support planning activities at strategic, operational, and tactical levels across COCOMs and partners.
Participate in planning and coordination for integrated cyberspace operations.
Assist in development, execution, management, and assessment of military plans (CONPLANs/OPLANs).
Support crisis action planning and joint training exercises related to offensive cyber operations.
Develop and execute wargame integration to refine cyber TTPs.
Recommend and implement process improvements to ensure complete systems.
Possible local / CONUS travel up to 25%.
