Job summary

GRVTY is seeking experienced Cryptologic Cyber Planners to support planning cyber operations in order to synchronize joint operations across DoD components, CCMDs, and USCYBERCOM.

This role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph, DoD mission experience, and external engagement. Doctoral/Master's/Bachelor's/Associates/HS degrees with relevant planning experience are valued, plus knowledge of JP 3-12 and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience directly related to a DoD mission and strategic/operational planning.
• External engagement experience (cross-Agency groups, JDA, field experience, external customers).
• Career education: Doctoral/Master's/Bachelor's/Associate/HS level with relevant DoD planning experience.
• Knowledge of JP 3.12 and strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Align cyberspace operations with NDS and JSPS objectives and develop EXORDs, OPORDs, and PLANORDs.
• Lead the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP and JOPP-C) for full spectrum cyberspace operations.
• Integrate Offensive and Defensive Cyberspace Operations into multi-domain campaigns.
• Develop Cryptologic and Functional Support Plans (CSP, FSP) CNOPS.
• Collaborate with cyber operators and participate in complex cyber missions.
• Deconflict targets and capabilities through the Joint Targeting Cycle.
