Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a specialized, precision-process environment.
• Experience with specialized joining processes such as welding/joining or soldering/brazing.
• Strong proficiency in creating mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design and scale-up for joining projects from development through production.
• Commission new equipment and develop SOPs for manufacturing.
• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) for joining processes.
