Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with 5+ years of hands‑on equipment design experience.
• Deep proficiency in 2D/3D CAD for manufacturing layouts and part drawings.
• Strong foundation in engineering mechanics, material selection, structural analysis, and GD&T.
• Proven track record commissioning automated machinery on the factory floor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fast-paced, detail-oriented execution.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of custom manufacturing equipment, tooling, and automation.
• Architect complex mechanisms and analyze stress, deflection, and tolerances (GD&T).
• Select and integrate actuators, sensors, and hardware for high‑precision systems.
• Collaborate with design teams and communicate trade‑offs to stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, assembly, and floor support for seamless integration.
• Develop internal tools and standards to accelerate productivity.
