Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Approximately 8 years of experience as a Job Captain or Architectural Designer.
• Strong drafting and construction document preparation knowledge.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for design and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and draft a variety of structures compliant with firm standards.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD to produce construction documents.
• Prepare comprehensive project documents ensuring accuracy and consistency across drawings.
• Create preliminary drawing sets to establish sheet organization and documentation framework.
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to minimize rework and ensure alignment across disciplines.
• Review drawings for quality, coordination, and code compliance before QA/QC reviews.
