Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Jira Administrator to join the DevSecOps team in Marlborough, MA or nearby Marlborough/Tewksbury. You will administer Jira across multiple servers, implement workflows, automation, and integrations with Confluence and GitLab, while collaborating with the Platform Engineering team to support government programs requiring DoD clearance.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance eligibility, U.S.

Qualifications

Typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience as a Jira Administrator configuring workflows, permissions, and issue types.
Experience with Jira automation and scripting languages (Groovy, JavaScript).
Experience with SDLC processes and Jira dashboards.
Experience with Structure plugin and configuration management tools (Git, GitLab).
Agile/Scrum experience supporting Jira workflows and teams.
Active transferable U.S. government interim/secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Oversee user accounts and permissions, onboarding and offboarding to EIM/AD groups.
Maintain consistency across Jira projects including synchronization automation.
Perform system maintenance and provide user support and training as needed.
Design and maintain workflows, permissions, and project structures per program needs.
Assist with system upgrades and manage integrations with Confluence, GitLab, and other tools.
Implement customizations using plugins like Structure, Project Configurator, ScriptRunner, JSU Automation.
Develop dashboards, reports, and queries to meet reporting needs.
