Tror AI for everyone in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Jira Administrator to lead Jira Cloud administration, automation, scripting, and integrations.

You will build AI-powered workflows, implement Agentic AI solutions in Jira, and connect Jira with GitHub, ServiceNow, CI/CD, CRM, and internal systems.

The role is day‑1 onsite in Austin, with long‑term engagement and 10+ years of Jira experience expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Jira administration experience, focus on Jira Cloud and cloud-based configurations.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Groovy/ScriptRunner, Python, or similar.
• Experience building integrations with GitHub, ServiceNow, CI/CD, CRM and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Jira Cloud projects, workflows, permissions, and configurations.
• Create automated workflows and optimize ticket routing and reporting.
• Develop scripts and use REST APIs to connect Jira with other applications.
• Implement AI-powered automation and Agentic AI solutions in Jira.
