Woodward Inc. is seeking an experienced 1st shift Machinist III at the Loves Park campus. You will operate CNC and manual machines to produce aerospace parts, emphasizing precision, quality, and adherence to GD&T and SOPs.

Training is provided during weeks 1–2, with continued daily 7am–3:30pm schedule and overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of manual mill experience, extensive GD&T knowledge, and are prepared to work in a safety-conscious, Lean-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manual mill experience
• Extensive knowledge of GD&T
• U.S. Person per ITAR/EAR requirements
