Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years of turbine engine maintenance, repair, or overhaul experience required.
• FAA Mechanic Certificate with Powerplant rating preferred.
• Experience interpreting maintenance manuals, drawings, and service data.

Responsibilities

• Lead engine and component maintenance activities within qualifications and authorizations.
• Coordinate daily assignments with supervisor based on priorities, tooling, and materials.
• Review maintenance manuals and service bulletins before starting tasks.
• Monitor progress and communicate delays or discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and instructions are available before work begins.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians.
• Support safe work practices, quality, and on-time completion.
