Job summary

Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing team member to perform advanced operations involving material handling, assembly, inspection, MRO, and test of aircraft engines. The role requires FAA certification and deep experience in jet engine maintenance.

You will lead training, support engine hardware kitting and data disposition for nonconforming parts, and conduct hands-on assembly/repair while maintaining traceability and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED
• FAA certified Powerplant Maintenance License
• 6 years in aviation manufacturing and/or maintenance facility
• 5+ years specific to jet engine maintenance is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead training of associates
• Maintain engine kitting by supporting layout and storage for parts control
• Provide data for Preliminary Review dispositions for nonconforming product
• Perform visual/quality checks to ensure 100% traceability
• Perform hands-on engine assembly and repair as needed
