Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Senior Final Assembly Inspector to perform comprehensive inspection duties on jet engine components at our Centennial, CO facility. You will verify measurements, document results, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and ITAR requirements.

The role entails creating inspection data packets, supporting root cause analyses, and maintaining QMS records while collaborating with Engineering and Operations. A strong GD&T background and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality positions in AS9100 manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings with GD&T.
• Ability to document non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Ability to create and follow quality procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and visual inspections using measurement tools and test equipment.
• Complete final engine inspections after build/test and before shipment.
• Compare measurements to drawings and MES requirements with GD&T controls.
• Develop and implement inspection processes per engine and customer specs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Design Eng, and Manufacturing Eng to resolve issues.
