Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Senior Final Assembly Inspector at our Centennial, Colorado facility. The role focuses on in-process turbojet engine assembly inspections, torque verification, and meticulous final inspections with a three-day workweek (Fri-Sun) and shift differential.

You will record inspection data, collaborate with Engineering and Operations, and help maintain QMS, KPI tracking, and document control in accordance with AS9100, ITAR, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in a quality position.
• Experience in AS9100 manufacturing and inspection environments.
• Experience in sub and final assembly inspection methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and visual electrical and mechanical inspections with measurement tools (torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers).
• Conduct final engine inspection post build/test prior to shipment.
• Create and maintain inspection processes per drawings and MES requirements including GD&T.
