• Design and ensure technical solutions are effective, reliable and scalable

Responsibilities

• Investigate and diagnose incidents in the JD Edwards environment and document solutions
• Develop, implement, and validate fixes ensuring users confirm restoration
• Gather functional requirements for complex business opportunities and translate them into designs
• Ensure technical designs are maintainable, scalable, and optimized for performance
• Design and execute test plans and scenarios to validate changes
