Job summary

The Boeing Company in Saint Charles, MO seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) program. The role focuses on program execution, customer relationships, and resource management for both development and production efforts, reporting to the Direct Attack Director.

The position requires U.S. Citizenship, ability to obtain a security clearance, and is onsite with travel up to 25%. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or initiatives.
• Experience with proposals for new business.

Responsibilities

• Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in program management.
• Develops and executes integrated plans, policies and procedures; guides strategy development.
• Acquires resources for organizational activities; provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Oversees and approves technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.
