Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in the St. Louis region is seeking a Lead Digital Engineering Process Engineer for a contract assignment.

You will support an Air Dominance program's DE/PLM tooling, including Teamcenter and NX, and collaborate with engineers across disciplines to mature a digital engineering ecosystem. The role emphasizes data integrity, tool development and migration management, with 100% onsite work and an active Secret clearance requirement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
Active Secret Clearance within the last 24 months required.
7+ years related engineering experience required.
Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing operations, including tool and software application development or support.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues using Teamcenter and related engineering, analysis, modeling and manufacturing applications.
Design, develop, test, and rollout new DE/PLM tool capabilities; oversee data migrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and ensure data integrity.
Analyze engineering data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Ensure timely engineering data delivery to suppliers and customers.
Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels including suppliers and customers.
Operate independently in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
