Job summary

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a JCC2 Subject Matter Expert to provide on-site support and strategic/tactical guidance for Joint Cyber Operations tools and applications. You will train operators, assist PMO and development teams, and ensure effective integration across MADSS, Rally, ThreatHub and related systems.

The role requires Top Secret/SCI clearance and a degree in a technical field, with five or more years in offensive/defensive cyber planning or related work.

Qualifications

• Must have Top Secret/SCI clearance (polygraph may be required).
• Experience with JCC2 programs and applications (Joint Cyber Operations, JCC2-Readiness, MADSS, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support across the cyber operations lifecycle from planning through execution to post-mission activities.
• Deliver strategic and tactical expertise in JCC2 applications for operator-level support.
• Provide training and improve adoption of JCC2 capabilities across the Cyber Operations community.
