Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC seeks a senior Joint Target Intelligence Analyst to support USCYBERCOM staffs and subordinate commands with target-system analysis, development, list management, and combat assessment. You will coordinate across the IC, Joint Staff, and senior boards, applying ODNI/DIA tradecraft and contributing to enterprise readiness.

The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance and deep experience in joint targeting and intelligence analysis.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of intelligence mission and analytic methods.
Ability to conduct rigorous research across multiple sources.
Ability to work independently with limited oversight and brief clearly.
Knowledge of IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
Knowledge of joint targeting processes and JP 3-60/3-12.

Responsibilities

Conduct target-system analysis, joint target development, target-list management and combat assessment.
Produce target-system analyses, electronic target folders, target graphics and battle damage assessments.
Coordinate joint target intelligence across commands and staff.
Submit requirements, requests for information, and evaluate intelligence reports; advise on policy improvements.
Utilize intelligence automation tools and standards in daily work.
Develop training materials and support enterprise readiness; participate in planning meetings and boards.
