Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with significant professional experience in software development.
• Solid Java programming and OO design patterns knowledge.
• Experience with multithreading, low-latency systems, and debugging complex codebases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across the trading application, focusing on the Java layer.
• Integrate backend services via REST, WebSockets, and FIX.
• Participate in the full SDLC: design, unit tests, code reviews, maintenance.
• Collaborate with analysts, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into software.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for code and designs.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay current with tools, libraries, and techniques to improve the platform.
