• Conduct design reviews code reviews and technical assessments
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges and production issues
• Actively participate in coding and development activities
• Build REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Design database solutions and optimize application performance
• Develop integrations with payment processing platforms and third-party systems
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps initiatives
