Qualifications

• 6+ yrs of hands-on software engineering in Java EE apps.
• Experience as lead developer or technical lead leading a team.
• Proficiency with Spring MVC/Spring Boot and OO design.
• Ability to translate product thinking into high-impact solutions.
• Experience with AI engineering, automation, and emerging tech.
• Cloud exposure with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS).
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and databases (MySQL/MongoDB).

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code, review code, and design/architect systems.
• Work on web app layer, backend, systems, streaming and related tech.
• Establish best practices for agile delivery and high quality.
• Scale distributed apps; balance synchronous/asynchronous patterns.
• Optimize APIs; create/maintain unit tests and fix defects.
• Participate in CI/CD for automated builds and deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on complex solutions.
