Qualifications

• Solid experience (typically 7+ years) developing and maintaining Java-based systems in production, with focus on quality, maintainability, and operability.
• Tech Lead experience or strong interest in leading technical discussions, aligning the team on approach, and turning requirements into solutions.
• Clear communication, mentorship mindset, and ownership for the products and services you create.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement backend services for core banking, guiding technical direction in close collaboration with the business.
• Mentor peers, perform code reviews, and promote engineering best practices and CI/CD culture.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and balance long-term strategy with incremental delivery of working solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on API design and domain boundaries.
