Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications using Core Java.
• Strong expertise in Spring Security, authentication, authorization, and identity provider integration.
• Proven experience architecting and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Git, code review, branching strategies, and collaborative software development.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise application solutions leveraging Core Java, Spring Security, JavaScript, and AWS cloud services.
• Define technical standards, reusable design patterns, and reference implementations across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture reviews, security assessments, performance optimization, and code quality initiatives.
• Mentor developers and promote CI/CD, Git-based collaboration, and responsible use of GitHub Copilot.
