Job summary

Luxoft Germany in Jersey City is seeking an experienced tech lead to rewrite an enterprise platform using Angular, Java, and Spring. You will join an Agile team focused on modern architecture, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities include leading the team, designing and developing scalable Java applications, writing clean code, participating in architecture decisions, mentoring juniors, and collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Team lead experience of 3+ years.
• 10+ years Java experience (Java 11+)
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot
• Experience with SQL databases
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito)
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams
