The role emphasizes hands-on coding, mentoring, performance tuning, and collaborating across product, QA, and DevOps to keep production systems reliable and scalable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team lead experience.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team.
