Job summary

You will lead the team, design scalable Java applications, and drive architectural decisions across product, QA, and DevOps to deliver a more stable, scalable system.

The role requires deep Java experience (Java 11+), strong Spring Boot and testing skills, and hands-on work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team lead experience.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.
