Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of experience supporting business-critical applications in production.
• Proven experience with Java and Spring Boot in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting of REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Hands-on Kafka experience and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Oracle and/or MongoDB databases.
• Strong SQL skills and database troubleshooting.
• Expertise in microservices and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with Splunk for monitoring and log analytics.
• Incidents, RCA, and production support leadership experience.
• Ability to lead major incidents and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incidents and drive resolution across on-call teams.
• Provide hands-on production support for mission-critical banking applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for incident management.
• Collaborate with Dev and Ops to improve system reliability and observability.
