FusionAuth is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and extend a Java-based platform trusted by thousands of customers. You will own features end-to-end, review code for correctness, and mentor engineers on debugging and testing approaches.

The role supports hybrid work with onsite days in Denver and close collaboration with Product, DevSuccess, and Support. You will work across customer-managed and cloud deployments, focusing on secure, scalable design while applying OAuth 2.x, OpenID

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience with ownership of features from design to release.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or demonstrable broader theoretical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship complex Java features across the platform.
• Write production code that is secure and well-tested and review designs for correctness.
• Mentor engineers on debugging and testing approaches and drive architecture discussions.
